This is a busy role as our client is a growing transformational organisation, plus it leads the collaboration on design, implementation and enhancements.
To be the ideal candidate you'll have the following experience:
- SQL queries and scripting
- Relational Database design, queries and management
- One or more GIS software applications, ie. ArcGIS, QGIS
- GIS and Geospatial concepts
Highly desirable skills and experience include:
- Python /SQL queries
- 1Integrate or Feature Manipulation Engine (FME)
- programming and debugging complex nested logic functions
- management and maintenance of large spatial datasets, plus developing data management protocols
- working in an Agile development team
Our highly valued client is a leader in the Geospatial data field.
Ideally you'll have tertiary-level qualifications in spatial science, data science or a related discipline and significant experience in an equivalent environment.
The Role:
- The role requires a love of problem-solving, and a desire to create efficiency of processing and effort while having an eye for detail and quality.
- Management of the data supply logistics associated with Datasets including management of the relationships and data supply with the data custodians and contract management and compliance with data managers.
