Our client, a leading government agency, has an outstanding opportunity for a capable Business Analyst to join their team. The purpose of the position is to  take responsibility for the delivery of business analysis artefacts to support an IT program of work supporting business and clinical systems.

The successful applicant/s will conduct formal analysis against a number of business capabilities and associated clinical systems. 

The range of duties will include:
• Prepare detailed business and technical requirement specifications
• Analyse and document processes that support clinical workflows and data flows
• Articulate options and issues in order to achieve a viable outcome
• Provide systems design documents reflecting the analysis
• Develop specifications and user acceptance tests to be implemented 
• Provide assistance with user acceptance testing and user documentation


Qualifications/Eligibility Requirements: 
• Use of formal analysis methods (such as UML, BPMN2.0)
• Demonstrated experience in data, analytics, reporting will be highly regarded
• Experience with the use of SparxEA will be highly regarded.
