RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role and person would be actively present on site with Development teams. Assuring smooth operations, white glows support for targeted lines of business (LOBs). Together with all on site IT support requirements this person will need work on integration activities and participate on projects related to either transition of the services to ORACLE LOBs or creating new NetSuite Global Business Unit (NSGBU) PTIT supported platforms aligned with NSGBU long term strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 100% customer success focus
- System admin, adv.user Windows platform skills
- Including AD, Exchange, o365
- Virtualization concepts understanding
- Power shell advance user
- Project management experience
- 5 + years corporate IT environment experience
- Base image, ticketing tools, metrics, targets
- End user support 5+ years experience
- Understanding the TCO model
- ITIL, MS Certifications, SixSigma preferred
- Networking concepts understanding
