Working for a State Government organisation, this A05 Business Analyst position will be responsible for leading the analysis, transformation and ultimately resolving the business problems with the help of technology and making recommendations.
The A05 Business Analyst is responsible for:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements using a variety of business analysis techniques
- Interpret business needs and translate those into functional and non-functional requirements
- Negotiate and influence business users to drive efficiency
- Develop and maintain standards for delivery of business analysis function using ICT industry best practices
Analysing, designing, planning, documenting "as is" and "to be" business processes - Identify risk and inconsistencies
To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in:
- Experience within a Business Analysis capacity within large-scale ICT projects
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to conceptualise broader business issues, structures and operations
- Understanding of governance frameworks
