They provide consulting and analytics/research services to clients to help them utilise the insights from our data and better execute their business needs. They assist their clients in gaining a clear understanding of their objectives, use a proactive approach to combine information and deliver health solutions in interactive and intuitive platforms.

Technical, Data Analytics & Insights

• An interest in working across Pharmaceutical - Healthcare Industries with a focus on Data Analytics, Insights & Marketing and Statistics.
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics Biotechnology, informatics, or Health related subjects
• 2-3 years experience in predictive analytics techniques and inductive statistical analysis to predict outcomes and behaviours.
• An solid experience in SQL, Excel, VBA, the experience of Python, R, SAS or SPSS would be an advantage in this role.
• Understanding of big data techniques/ open source platforms and the use of Algorithms for data integration / capture.
• Assist in identifying meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources and interpret and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments.
• Quantitative research of large, complex data sets.

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with the data team, software engineers, and customer-facing teams.
• The successful candidate will have high levels of confidence, creativity, critical thinking ability, a willingness to learn and take feedback, a proactive attitude when faced with challenges, a meticulous.
• Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, organisational, problem-solving and presentation 
• Superior communication skills, including proposal and report writing, presentation development and delivery, and inquiry and direction for internal operations, project execution, and business development
• Solid planning and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results.
