You are:

You're an IT / Technology Trainer with solid experience designing and editing training material and ideally you come from a Financial Services, Insurance or Healthcare background. 

This role would suit someone who thrives when facilitating workshops and training sessions and who enjoys working closely with frontline staff to develop and support their capabilities. 

You'll come with the ability to quickly understand and then translate IT systems and technology into easy to grasp training materials and collateral. 


The role:

A key part of your role will be to understand how the systems are used from a business point of view, then create training modules to teach and support on the floor staff. 

You will be working closely with SME's and System Experts to ensure the training materials are accurate and up to date, then to deliver the training sessions and provide consistent support.

Requirements / Skills:

• A background in IT / Technology Training
• Return to Work experience an advantage
• Outstanding written & verbal communication skills imperative
• A background in Adult Education or Learning and Development an advantage
• Fantastic stakeholder relationship building skills
• Excellent ability to understand change
