Your new company
This is an organisation that provides IT services to the Victorian Government.
Your new role
The Technical Services Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the ICT network and Security services. As a senior member of the team you will provide strategic input into the design of network and Security services that meet needs of this organisation.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this application you will be a Network and security specialist with recent experience managing complex enterprise services by a major vendor or 3rd party supplier as well as having worked with MPLS VPN previously. In addition you will be negotiating with stakeholders, both from a technical and business background, to influence the outcome of a decisions.
Other duties will include;
- You will have a technical understanding of project methodology mainly Scrum and Prince 2 as well as infrastructure code.
- Experienced in Experienced in delivering software-defined networking (SDN) and cloud computing.
- CCNP certifications are highly desired, coupled with experience in complex network architecture.
- Experience designing solution covering Azure and AWS?
- Experience in resolving complex network and Security issues
- Experience with Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
