About the role
This role is for a User Researcher and Performance Analyst with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement. You will work within an ICT development team to optimize one of the department's systems gateways through the managed delivery of product enhancements. You will spend your time researching, advising and enhancing the user experience while maintaining the look-and-feel of the services systems being optimized. 


Key Responsibilities

• Support the design principles including safety orientation, cultural sensitivity, consumer choice and helpful positive experience
• Facilitate user-cantered and co-design and user engagement in service design
• Analyse feedback and increase end-user satisfaction and usage
• Application of user-centered co-design principles to create a helpful positive experience
• Deliver designs that meet the agreed  principles such as, support for consumer choice, meets community expectations for cultural sensitivity
• ​Relationship management with the business owner, delivery partners and key stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of the communications strategy.
• Support stakeholder engagement processes, including managing the engagement budget.​

• Using creative design to enhance the appeal of the services
• Highly developed analytical skills

• Highly motivated and focused on delivering quality outcomes
• Ability to participate as part of a broad project team, and take direction and guidance
