From configuration to end of life or refresh and asset purchase, we coordinate all services throughout the asset life cycles, with emphasis on a smooth transition, businesses to focus on their priorities.

Nature of job: Casual

Project Commencement date: 25th July 

Duration: 4 weeks 

Work Location: Sydney CBD

Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Strong desktop support experience
  • Must have worked on Windows 7 PC support via phone, email and remote assistance tools.
  • Installation of applications
  • Wiping the old laptops and migrating data if required
  • Updation of new asset in SNOW
  • Troubleshooting issues related to applications
  • Must have proven experience working on Dell OS.

  • Excellent technical skills with regards to PC hardware and related equipment
  • Professionalism in attitude, actions and appearance.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise however ensuring care and accuracy in getting the job done right
  • Initiative and ability to plan and organise yourself
  • An ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
