Nature of job: Casual
Project Commencement date: 25th July
Duration: 4 weeks
Work Location: Sydney CBD
Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Strong desktop support experience
- Must have worked on Windows 7 PC support via phone, email and remote assistance tools.
- Installation of applications
- Wiping the old laptops and migrating data if required
- Updation of new asset in SNOW
- Troubleshooting issues related to applications
- Must have proven experience working on Dell OS.

- Excellent technical skills with regards to PC hardware and related equipment
- Professionalism in attitude, actions and appearance.
- Ability to multi task and prioritise however ensuring care and accuracy in getting the job done right
- Initiative and ability to plan and organise yourself
- An ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
