Are you tenacious and pragmatic? Able to delivery business strategy and initiatives with a depth of experience within the HR space? This could be the role for you! This critical organisation are about to embark on a complete HR overhaul of process and people in the next 12 months and require a senior business analyst to assist in this business critical program!

ABOUT YOU:

5+ Years' experience as a senior business analyst
A business and process focused BA - this is NOT an IT role.
Experience with large and complex HR and IR programs
Fantastic core BA skills
Strong process skills - AS IS and TO BE
Adept with Impact Analysis
Ideally experience with EBA - Enterprise Bargaining Agreements
SAP Success Factors / ERP experience highly beneficial but not essential
Strong and firm stakeholder management skills
