Join an iconic Australian Brand in a large Infrastructure transformation program as a Network Team Lead on a rewarding 3-month contract. This role is based in Melbourne's South East where you will be managing the delivery of Telecommunications Services that align with customer needs and expectations.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage internal teams to deliver telecommunications services that meet business needs
• Manage a team of infrastructure project managers - tasking, escalations, and business
• Be a thought leader in telecommunications domain and contribute to the identification of new technology/vendors applicable to the business

 
Essential Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years' experience in the delivery of Telecommunication Services
• 2+ years managing a team of Network Engineers or Infrastructure teams 
• Outstanding IT service management expertise
• Working knowledge of ITIL practices (ITIL Certification highly desirable)
• Experience in managing vendors and contracts in a multi-sourced environment
