Our client is a leader within their industry and now require a business focused Senior Business Analyst to join their team. It is essential that the candidate has exposure working in the health care, aged care or NFP sector.
The responsibilities revolve around:
- Requirements gathering, gap analysis and process mapping skills
- For a large percentage of time undertaking business/process analysis work
- Conducting workshops and training
- Implementing and driving continuous improvement
Key skills needed:
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience running workshops and training sessions for various stakeholders
Highly desirable requirements:
- Experience working in the health care or aged care sector or NFP sector
- Experience utilizing lean six sigma
- Strong stakeholder management skills
A high level of engagement with various stakeholders across the business will be required to help standardise processes and help the business adopt these processes. Will work closely with the wider business transformation team.
