SCRUM MASTER AGILE
Our client is looking for people who are passionate about helping other teams to be successful, building tools and services to reduce the friction in the product engineering life-cycle from planning through to operational monitoring and back through to prioritisation. This program will work alongside other teams to create the tools, frameworks and governance to connect across IST supporting DevOps at scale. Groom and manage the backlog of projects
Key Skills:
• High quality interpersonal skills in both written and verbal communication
• Strong effective leadership
• Strong Agile skills
• Ability to form strong productive relationships with business leaders, partners and third parties
Experience:
• First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum master
• Previous experience participating in Agile teams
• Previous successful large Agile application or product involvement
• Previous experience managing development of cloud/infrastructure/environments/CI/CD
• Previous experience with Microsoft Azure, ASP .Net, C#
Key Challenges:
• Balancing delivery and team member wellbeing
• Engaging the business in an Agile manner
• Guiding business users without Agile experience through the Agile process
• Managing dependencies between frontend and backend teams
• Working with product owners to define work priorities
