We are seeking to engage an Analyst to optimize the Department’s gateway through the managed delivery of product enhancements and work within our  large esteemed Federal Government client!!

You will support the design principles including safety orientation, cultural sensitivity, consumer choice and helpful positive experience.

Additionally , you will facilitate user-centered and co-design workshops to enhance user engagement in service design and analyse feedback and increase end-user satisfaction and usage.

You MUST be an Australian Citizen with a current BASELINE Security Clearance to be considered for this position!!

Deliverables but NOT limited to:

• Application of user-centered co-design principles to create a helpful positive experience
• Delivering designs that meet the agreed design principles such as, support for consumer choice, meets community expectations for cultural sensitivity and creating an enhance look-and-feel
• Relationship management with the business owner, delivery partners and key stakeholders, including service providers and end-users
• Support implementation of the communications strategy, including advertising briefs, scheduling and reviewing social media and liaison with new websites to increase back-links
• Support stakeholder engagement processes, including managing the engagement budget
• Manage supporting resources, including induction pack for providers, supporting governance arrangements and maintaining executive reporting dashboards
• Review user stories, design mock-ups and status reports.
