This business is a leading Managed Services Provider in Australia; one of the most well regarded & respected in the industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Engineer to provide 1st/2nd and 3rd level IT support and perform regular system operation checks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a set of clients by administering all user accounts and the configuration of desktop equipment.

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in help desk technical support or field technician work, ideally from managed services background
  • Minimum MCP certified
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows XP and Windows 7
  • Good understanding of MS Office Product Suite
  • Hands on experience in dealing with Snr Management
  • Solid analytical and problem resolution skills
  • First rate Communication Skills (written & verbal)
  • A technology oriented tertiary qualification/s or equivalent
  • Preferred knowledge with Cisco routers and switches
  • Current driver’s license and motor vehicle

You will possess a proven background in problem solving capacity, excellent customer service skills, with a high degree of self-motivation.
