IncentiaPay, a successful technology & payments group, is looking for an energetic and experienced IT Admin & Support Assistant to help drive and support the business. The IncentiaPay group consists of 3 major brands being Entertainment Book, Bartercard & Gruden. IncentiaPay has offices located centrally in Sydney CBD.
Overview of Role:
The role is to provide first level IT support to the business.
The role requires:
· Effective phone and face to face communication skills
· The ability to ask the right questions to diagnose problems
· Attention to detail in answering enquiries
· The ability to deal with staff from all levels of the organisation – from remote staff to Group CEO.
· The ability to stay calm under pressure
· Uphold company IT, security, and Data Protection policies
· The ability effectively asses the urgency and priority of issues and escalate when required, seeing that the problem is adequately resolved.
· A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Applications (Local and Cloud), Active Directory user management and basic networking.
· With training grow into managing:
o Mobile and desk phone deployment as well configuring phone system requirements.
o Desktop, Laptop, and thin client deployments.
o Jira Administration

Job Duties:
1. Answer the IT support line
2. Log support requests/questions
3. Allocate tickets to IT staff to respond to
4. Manage the configuration of the ticketing system
5. Manage Backups
6. Advise on any outstanding tickets and provide weekly reports on jobs completed
7. Mobile and desk phone deployment as well configuring phone system requirements
8. Desktop, Laptop, and thin client deployments
9. Active directory user and Jira Administration
10. Office 365 licensing
11. Performs all general office department functions such as answering phones, typing, filing, copying, e-mail retrieval, mailing and shipping.
12. Performs any other duties as may be assigned by Manager.
13. Responsible for representing the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times, as well as observing office procedures and policies. Appropriate business attire is required.
