As a member of the ICT Support Team, the ICT Client Services Officer participates in the team's work of providing and supporting Information and Communications Technologies that enhance the quality, delivery and effectiveness of teaching, learning and administration at the College. The ICT Client Services Officer reports directly to the Team Leader Client Services and has responsibility for the College to provide level 1 support to staff and students.
