We are a fast growing online lender to businesses and we need the help of a skilled Business Analyst to help us deliver key initiatives.
We are looking for a motivated, energetic self-starter with solid skills and you would join a high performance team with common values.
About the Role
- Creating a detailed business analysis, and exploring solutions for our business
- Prepare Business Requirements documents, Functional Specifications and/or Technical Specifications.
- Ensure solution design meets business requirements and solution is understood by Technical Development and Test Teams.
- Project Manage and/or collaborate with vendors / dev team to deliver integrated system solution
- Manage the change into the business, working with key stakeholders
- Knowledge transfer best practice and BA methods to key team members
The role focus may change from time-to-time based on business needs.
About you
- 2+ Years of demonstrable high competency as Business Analyst role and its typical functions
- Business and Technical Analysis experience and/or product knowledge in Financial Services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven time management / project management and organisational experience is very important
- Sound understanding of IT application and system design best practice.
- Experience working in an outsourced or offshored environment is desirable
- You are comfortable working in a high growth business across multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to work across multiple projects and tasks is critical
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
- Agile delivery experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
- Tertiary Qualifications or equivalent experience in IT or a related field highly desirable.
This role is based in North Sydney.
