- Meet with prospects to understand needs and translate into a technical solution
- Work collaboratively with sales people to be a subject matter expert for customers
- Support customers post sale, to ensure they're successful with solution (small component)
- Take a consultative approach to guiding customers through a journey
You
- University Degree
- Client focused - love helping customers get the best from technology
- Solution oriented - passionate about helping customers solve their business problems
- Minimum 3 years presales experience (preferably within a SaaS environment)
- Commercial with excellent client facing skills
