Green Light are delivering a Billing Process Improvement project  for a large Telecommunications customer. 

The Business Analyst – Contracts Analyst role requires a skilled, determined and capable professional who will be responsible for analysing complex documentation and documenting process flows. 

Responsibilities & Skills:

• You must have a good foundation as a Business Analyst.
• Ideally you will have experience analysing complex Contractual Documents.
• Good experience with Data Analytics ideally with SQL tools.
• Solid experience in creating / documenting process flows.
• Reviewing complex contract documents to document issues with revenue and helping to create better billing processes.
• Any telecommunications experience is highly regarded. As is any experience in Billing and Revenue Assurance. 
• This role requires someone who is dynamic in character, that ca be client facing and how is an excellent communicator.
• Develop processes/applications/tools that assure billing accuracy in accordance with contractual obligations
• Understand the end-to-end business process
• Develop scripts and macros for data retrieval and generation.
