THE COMPANY
Based in Sydney’s CBD, this highly respected insurance services organisation is looking for a Level 2/3 Desktop Support to join the rapidly growing IT team. This company specialises in health and travel insurance across Australia and New Zealand in which you will be required to support all of their internal users.

THE ROLE
As Level 2/3 Desktop Support you’ll be providing internal IT for approximately 750 staff across several locations around Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll be the supporting the company for everything IT-related ranging from telecommunications, desktops, networks and videoconferencing.
Key technologies you’ll be working across include:
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Exchange
- Office 365
- Office 2016
- Cisco Telephony
- Audio Visual and Videoconferencing
- Mobility
A SUITABLE CANDIDATE?
Suitability will be a person looking for a challenge, an eagerness to learn and further their career progression.
A suitable candidate will display:
- Professional appearance
- Clear and confident communication skills
- A good sense of humour!
- SCCM and Powershell would be highly advantageous
- Corporate experience will also be highly advantageous
Mandatory:
- At least 3 years working in a Level 2/3 Desktop Support Role
This is a full time permanent role based in the heart of the Sydney CBD and is offering up to $75-85k.
