We are the fastest growing IPad Point Of Sales System in Australia and are looking for an iOS Mobile Developer to join our Melbourne team to assist with the development and maintenance of our suite of iPhone apps.

Working on the entire life-cycle of the apps you will contribute to the design process. In addition to delivering the product, the successful candidate will be heavily involved in driving the mobile strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven working experience in software development of at least 3 years
• Working experience in iOS development and familiar with git, Jira, Cocoapods
• Have published one or more iOS apps in the app store
• A deep familiarity with Objective-C only
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
• Must understand and experiencing in multi-threading programing
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
