Opportunity
One of Melbourne’s largest Hospitals is looking for an energetic and passionate IT Support Analysts to join a dynamic and team focused service desk team where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Service, you will be confident in providing day-to-day IT Service Desk support while providing excellent customer service. 

About the role
Your role will include:

• Provide Level 1 & 2 IT Service Desk support to internal staff
• Support over 14,000 users
• Ensure all tickets are actioned in a timely manner in line
• Record all incidents and actions immediately within the internal logging system
• Respond to both email and telephone enquiries

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Approachable and outgoing personality
• Must have previous experience in service desk team environment
• Sound knowledge of Windows 7/8/10, Citrix Xenapp, Office 365 and LAN/WAN Network Technology Concepts.
• ITIL Certification V3 Foundation
