Job Description
A unique role comprising of data analysis, systems administration, project management, DQ performance and customer service for our largest customers. This role involves working closely with our largest retail customers, solutions teams, IT, and our global network to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Data analysis through Excel
- Monitor, maintain and continually improve International Logistics operational performance through regular reporting and analysis.
- Undertake root cause analysis of system and / process control failures in order to provide appropriate and timely solutions.
- Proactively monitor customer reporting to resolve issues before they occur or are escalated
- Manage and maintain comprehensive task tracker on progress against target completion dates
- Support users on change control and system updates
- Responsible for Continuous Improvement of the account
Your skills and experiences
- Advance excel skills
- 3-5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding (desirable)
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Project management experience
- Proven experience of developing technical training material
- Sound understanding of various reporting tools
- Ability to solve complex problems
