- Business analysts required for a large clinical systems replacement project
- Long-term contract role of 12 months with top rates paid
- Darwin City location
The Northern Territory public healthcare system is currently undergoing a transformative program to replace a number of legacy hospital and primary care clinical systems. This program is known as the Core Clinical Systems Renewal Program (CCSRP). Radical Systems provides services to this program.
This $250M program requires up to three additional business analysts to assist with the implementation of electronic medications management.
Required skills and experience for this role include:

Demonstrated extensive experience as a Business Analyst, including experience facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholder groups (Clinical, Administrative, Vendor, Program etc.) and documenting outcomes and recommendations in order to develop future state business processes.

Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements, and undertaking ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ gap analysis.

Demonstrated experience working on a large program under tight timeframes, undertaking business analysis activities, developing deliverables, producing process maps and other process collateral using the BPMN 2.0 standard.

Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst at all stages throughout the project lifecycle.

Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst in a complex environment with numerous organisational entities and stakeholders, and

Experience working with high performing teams with high priority deliverables.
