This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Development Manager / Technical Team Leader who has proven experience managing a medium to large sized technology team within a large enterprise environment. 


Responsibilities will include:

• Direct line management of all technical resources - development, support, testing 
• Managing resource supply, delivery & support across BAU & projects
• Development & performance management of technical resources
• Coaching & mentoring team members to uplift internal capability
• Management of career planning
• Coordinate and oversee major projects

To be considered you will have;

• Demonstrated extensive experience managing technical teams
• Technology background within investment banking environment essential
• Ability to manage a large team of differing personalities & capabilities
• Significant experience managing technologies, associated risks & working in partnership with consultants
• Proven resource allocation & managing different skills within a team
• Detailed understand of all stages of agile software development best practices and ITIL framework
