About the role
Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing installations, maintenance and servicing of our customers throughout Sydney.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Telephone line cabling.
- Travel to customers' premises to install, maintain, or repair telephone systems, network equipment or accessories.
- Train customers on using the new telephone equipment after installation.
- Set up service for customers, installing, connecting, testing or adjusting equipment.
- Ongoing maintenance support and service for our entire customer base.
- Troubleshooting telecommunications/networking issues.
Skills & requirements
- Cabling license
- Current driver's licence
- 1 or more years prior experience in installing telephone systems, preferably Ericsson-LG
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
