This is a rare opportunity for a junior / graduate data analyst with strong technical skills and passion for data to join one of our premium client based in Surry Hills. The role offers great scope to enhance your career and take it to next level.

This role will work closely with the data science, dev teams and customers to ensure data sets are ready for ingestion into the company's AI platform. You will also be expected to measure the performance and results of the products of the company to present to customers.
 
Role responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and reports generation 
• Support ad-hoc customer requests 
• Data preparation to on-board new customers 
• Brainstorming solutions with fellow team members
• Technologies: Python, SQL, MS Excel (Manadate), Shell, GIT, Tableau (good to have)

Your skills: 

• Graduate or post graduate with degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics or related (Completed course within last 2 years)
• Previous projects depicting strong data analysis skills either at work or uni or personal projects
• Prior software development experience (Internships / work experience / projects)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to go with strong client / customer management experience
• Ability to work under tight deadlines 
• Familiarity with statistical models, data warehousing, data mining, data sampling and data mapping techniques is highly regarded 
• Knowledge of AWS and Scrum / Agile process would be highly regarded
