Our client is looking for an experienced ICT Service Delivery Manager to come on board on a long-term 12 months contract.
In this role you are responsible for the delivery of infrastructure and technological solutions that support the organisation's suite of business applications. The role requires a high level of expertise in the planning and delivery of infrastructure solutions based on detailed business requirements and technical specifications. The environment is largely managed via outsourced providers so you must have experience in the management of large contracts and vendors, yet have a strong technical understanding to ensure high levels of delivery to internal customers.
You manage a team of 2 technical support consultants and are expected to have extensive skills and experience in the delivery of ICT services, a sound understanding of platforms, network technologies and ICT trends. In addition you have demonstrated contract, project management and coordination skills, high levels of communication and negotiation skills as well as a track record to work in complex environments.
