We have an exciting contract opportunity for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with digital solutions experience. You must have experience defining APIs/services.
The Senior Technical Business Analyst will work closely with the API team and senior digital stakeholders to define reusable services for their digital channels. This will improve the architecture and help deliver high priority change more efficently and quickly.
To be considered, you must demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor’s degree (Computing/Business/E-Commerce)
- 5+ years’ experience working in business analysis using a range of BA techniques (CBAP or similar is a plus)
- Experience working in an Agile environment, in particular Scrum (CSM, PSM or similar is a plus)
- Experience in Digital Solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
- Technical background
- Must be willing to travel
- Experience working in a complex and ever changing environment
