Leading Banking & Financial Services organisation seeks a SENIOR TECHNICAL WRITER to work on a Service Management Program..ITIL/ITSM experience!

The following are the key responsibilities:

• Research, plan, develop, organise, write and edit Service Catalogue knowledge articles
• Standardise content across the Service Catalogue
• Digest large amounts of complex and technical data and present it in simplified customer centric manner
• Analyse documents and maintain continuity of style of content
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
• Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
• Be creative; Use videos, photographs, infographics, diagrams, animations and charts to increase the readers understanding
• Interview and facilitate meetings with teams and subject matter experts to gather information
• Review and understand multiple content sources of service information
• Efficiently and effectively collect information
• Use technical IT acumen to balance customer centric needs for service information whilst including pertinent technical information a customer would need to make an informed decision about a service
• Develop policy and standards for Service knowledge articles in the Service Catalogue to embed standardisation and common language across the Service Catalogue

The following are the key skills and experience required:

• Previous experience working in a Technical Writer role within a complex environment
• Highly technical background - understand complex IT systems
• Solid ITIL/ITSM background and experience
• Experience liaising with EGM and EM level stakeholders on a daily basis
• Ability to work in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and build working relationships with multiple stakeholders
