A Project Coordinator role for a large Big 4 bank
Your new company
A Big 4 Banking organisation who are going through transformation and growth are looking for a Project Coordinator to work within their Analytics and Information department on a contractual role.
In this Project Coordinator role you will be assist program/project managers with program management and delivery, minute taking at meetings and interacting with Stakeholders within an AGILE environment. Developing weekly status and steering committee reports and presentations to support project deliverables as well as assessment and mitigation activities by making sure that risks and issues are documented.
There will be an array of administrative duties in this role including arranging meetings, mailbox organisation and onboarding new team members.
