We’re looking for a Sales Support person to join our growing Sales team to support our Account Managers.

What you’ll be doing:
- Creating quotes for customers
- Keeping our CRM clean and current
- Managing vendor portals, deal registration and opportunity updates
- Processing sales orders and agreements
- Order lifecycle management
- Participating in marketing activities
- Managing renewals process (agreements, software, maintenance)
- Sales administration tasks
- Providing great customer service
We’re looking for the right kind of person with a great attitude. You should have:
- Be details oriented, with a high level of accuracy
- Multi-tasking ability
- Great team player with a friendly attitude
- Strong ethics
- Incredible customer service, with fast response
- Working knowledge of IT sales support processes
