A senior business analyst is required to work with a number of diverse stakeholders across a key business unit with a view to a complete transformation of their core processes and systems.
The senior business analyst will lead the work stream to analyse the current state processes, map the desired state processes, complete a comprehensive gap analysis, document the business requirements and trace the business requirements through to delivery over multiple phased implementations.

Key requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in documenting and modelling business processes (current and future state) as part of multiple business transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience in working with a range of stakeholders to document clear and traceable business requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in working on both business and IT projects
• Demonstrated experience in working from end to end, that is from project initiation, scoping, documenting all processes ,tasks, data, gaps right through to vendor selection, implementation and working towards development of support structure
• Assist in vendor evaluation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of professionalism as dealing with executive directors is part of the role
• Ability to maturely handle constructive criticism if required and to take direction
• Well tuned listening skills for dealing with Wellbeing stakeholders, management and colleagues
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to professionally manage expectations with senior stakeholders
• Experience using enterprise business modelling tools is a must
• Experience in implementation of CRM, Business Intelligence and/or Knowledge Management applications 
• Experience in user acceptance testing and managing outcomes is desirable
• Experience in health, community services, counselling, or Wellbeing related projects is desirable

This is for an experienced Senior BA, to assist with a new case management solution and will suit someone with previous experience working with government social services, charitable organisations or not for profits, with a mature attitude and the ability to tailor your language to the appropriate audience. Experience in the Sydney market is essential
