About the business

Cirralto is in the business of enabling our customers to be better through the process of modernisation.

We are currently embarking on a nationwide roll-out of cloud based software solutions for a diverse range of customer types. Implementation of clients is a combination of remote setup and configuration with on-site migration and training for our larger clients.

About the role

We are searching for self motivated and talented team players, to join our team and grow in becoming experts supporting our unique software.

Reporting directly to the Software Support Manager and working closely with other departments, you will ensure each client system is properly configured and perform regular remote and on-premise technical assistance. Regular updates of quick reference and online help material is required with some general training and end-user support during and post implementation.

We strongly believe in training our own staff to better support our customers.

Skills and experience

Sound knowledge of Accounting, Job Management and Supply Chain principles
In order to meet client expectations and configure software correctly, you need to have a sound understanding of accounting, job management and supply chain principles and data related concepts. 

Point of Sale (POS) and Ecommerce
Good knowledge and exposure to on-prem and cloud based point of sale systems and ecommerce operation will help you in this role.

Inventory / Stock Management / Logistics
Our customers rely on our software to run their entire business and exposure to supporting Inventory / Stock management software. Knowledge of drop shipping and 3rd party logistics will be highly regarded.

Procedure and Knowledge base documentation
We place a heavy emphasis on updating our documentation and adding to our knowledge base. We are always striving to improve our business operation.

Enterprise Level Service desk
Exposure to service desk and project software will be desirable as all implementations and support requests will be logged and tracked.

Excellent Customer Service
Since such a large portion of your time will be spent directly interacting with clients, it's important for you to have excellent customer service skills.

Data Migration
One of the big challenges in this role is the ability to migrate customer and product data from legacy systems. Proven experience exporting and sorting data in spreadsheets for the purpose of migration, and a keen eye for detail, will definitely set you apart in this role.

Troubleshooting Skills
Some troubleshooting will be required when configuring or deploying new software and its imperative that you have proven problem diagnostic skills.

Interpersonal Skills
Setting up a new system will demand the efforts of an entire team, so you will need to be able to effectively communicate and work within a team-oriented environment. Our culture is fun and friendly and we're always quick to help each other when required.

Multitasking Ability
The goal of providing good customer service is to make each client feel like they're the only customer that matters. Handling multiple tasks is a very important aspect of this role.
