About the Role
In this truly engaging Project Manager opportunity, you will be partnering with our key client as they engage external vendors to deliver a major Customised Integrated Solution.
You will play a lead role in the implementation of this solution, managing external parties engaged in its delivery on the original scope without compromising the ‘go live date’.
About You
Ideally, you have a passion for managing critical path and project timelines, whilst maintaining strong Vendor relationships with changing and conflicting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the people, process and technology components of the agreed project;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business operational requirements are captured and delivered as part of the project;
- Coordinate data migration to facilitate a successful transition from the previous system;
- Collaborate with external partners/vendors to assist with the project delivery. This may include:
- Development of solution specifications for release to market;
- Evaluation of responses;
- Execution of the contract;
- Management of the external partner/vendor;
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation;
- Be involved in all vendor meetings, status, demo and training and system testing; and
- Ensure tasks are on track for completion and participants are held accountable for action items.
