Our client is seeking an experienced business and technology executive to lead a rapidly growing Technology business.  We are looking for a leader comfortable collaborating with c-suite and functional teams, while focusing on scale. This business is experiencing high growth due to an outstanding product range many would like to call their own. Headquartered in Australia, our client provides end-to-end software and services for a very targeted niche industry. 

This role has broad technology responsibilities across strategy, development, delivery, architecture, security and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Leadership for a mission-critical IT SaaS team, responsible for product roadmaps and software quality
• Evolve strategy across these areas focused on delivery of core IT applications and drive execution 
• Architect the IT organisation and solutions to leverage and scale 
• Ensure we are attracting and leading an IT team that will scale and grow with the company.
• Support the product, sales and marketing teams

• Can drive a portfolio of multiple, concurrent business-critical projects to successful completion.
• Is thoughtful about developing insights from data across the organization; has a view on how analytics, reporting, and data intelligence should drive the business forward.

Experience

• 10+ years’ experience managing large-scale IT teams, preferably in a high growth  or transforming environment
• Has driven a portfolio of multiple, concurrent business-critical projects to successful completion.
• Extensive experience managing end-to-end life cycles of various SaaS tools.
• Experience managing technology policies and controls in a regulated environment
