Detail information about job MSP Support Analyst. Terms and conditions vacancy

Are you looking for an IT job where you have a bit more control, where every day will present different challenges, and you get to stay at the forefront of new technologies? Are you able to design, implement and support IT solutions for different businesses? Do you have experience in a Desktop Support role, and want to take things to the next level?

We are an Australian based MSP with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane. We service a range of industries, which means that the job stays varied and exciting. The successful applicant will be comfortable solving a wide range of IT issues, as well as having a helpful, polite and professional manner. We deliver the highest possible level of service to our clients – nothing less.

You need to care about getting details right and balance that with the importance of getting things done and moving forward. A task will come in and you will be able to figure out how to get it done effectively. When you say "I'll take care of it" both the NW Team and our clients know that it will be done well. We'd love to see someone with a good eye for detail, a passion for self-improvement and growth, and a positive, passionate approach to work.

Our team are well dressed, well presented and well spoken, with a high level of grammatical skill and a focus on establishing client relationships. When someone needs help – whether they be client or co-worker - you'll either help them yourself, or know where to look to find the information they need. With a broad focus, constant learning, and creative thinking, you will work to continually improve the solutions and service we provide, in a way that's fun and respectful to both our clients and our company.

From us, you can expect plenty of on-the-job training (we don't expect you to know everything right off the bat!), a friendly, comfortable, brand new CBD office environment, and occasional external training and certification to help you develop your skills.

If all of this resonates, and you're someone with integrity, passion, intelligence, and a strong drive to continually improve yourself and those around you, we'd love to hear from you.

If you were working for us, here are some of the things you would have done last week:

 - Configured an account on Hosted Exchange, and then on the end user's workstation.
 - Completed a profile transfer from a PC to an iMac, and provided training to a client who has never used OSX.
 - Designed, Configured and Deployed a new VOIP Solution for a client.
 - Played with our Oculus Rift, or played Xbox while waiting for your turn on the Oculus Rift
 - Designed and implemented a networking solution for a client who wanted their files and printers shared from a single location, but doesn't want a Domain Controller.
 - Debated whether Game of Thrones or Westworld is better with other team members.
 - Performed a complete audit on a new client, and supplied them with the subsequent report on their hardware/software.
 - Restored files from a backup.
 - Configured any number of network devices and deployed them, then updated the documentation around it
 - Reviewed and modified any number of internal processes, and suggested, debated and implemented efficiency improvements.
