My top tier financial client is looking for a passionate Calypso Developer to join their team to work alongside Vendors to provide assessments of technical/system related issues and design, configuration and development of their new FX system
The ideal candidate will have proven front office pricing experience.
Essential:
- Hands on low latency core Java development on both existing and Greenfield applications
- Prior experience working with financial systems in Investment/Institutional Banks
- Previous experience with Calypso preferred.
- Experienced in developing enterprise level solutions, in particular within and Object Oriented environment using Java.
- Agile Software development principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with business, internal resources and vendor’s representatives.
- Solid academic background with the ability to understand quantitative issues and to propose solutions.
