About the Client:
Our client is an ASX Top 20 company in the Infrastructure industry within Melbourne. Known for being a digital and innovative player within their space, a number of digital experience analyst contract roles have recently opened up within their specialist digital teams.
About the Role:
Operating within their mobile and customer teams, this person will play a key role in shaping and moulding their strategy and on-going development of their award-winning customer facing mobile applications and portal. Working closely with the development teams, they will function as a conduit between the business and the development teams. They will play a key role in idealising and conceptualising improvements to UX, ultimately influencing the way in which the organisation is perceived by the customers.
The Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in:
- Development of Native Mobile applications and/or Customer Facing portals
- The elicitation of requirements between Technology and Business units.
- Thought leadership in the area of UX
- Idealization and conceptualization of Digital projects
- Documentation of APIs.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
