Our client is currently seeking three (3) Change Managers to join their team on initial 6 month contracts with a view to long term extension based in the Melbourne CBD.

The client is a fast growing specialist consulting organisation who has recently won multiple projects which are all of significant duration.

To be eligible for the opportunities you will have a background including:

  • Minimum 5 years of Change Management experience from large enterprise customers 
  • Change Management qualifications such as Prosci or similar
  • Extensive consulting experience to Australian ASX listed organisations
  • Industry experience in any of education, utilities or banking sectors is highly regarded but not essential
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Highly driven, dynamic and motivated personality who is charismatic and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Available in Melbourne for face to face interviews with the customer

The projects are to commence immediately however notice periods can be accommodated for the right person.  Our client is looking to conduct interviews ASAP.
