NSW Government - 5 month contract + extensions - $700 a day + super - RAID Experience   

We are currently looking for a PMO Analysis to work with one of the largest NSW Government departments. The role is based in the CBD and it is primarily working on RAID analysis (Risk, Assumption, Issues, Dependencies). The role is overseeing the overall portfolio and reporting to Executive stakeholders.  

Key Accountabilities  

• Create and manage a governance structure through the facilitation of portfolio governance forums to assess the viability, merits and impact of project requests, facilitate capacity planning across project portfolios. 
• Maintain critical governance oversight to enable the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to acquire and view information on current and proposed projects and to sort and prioritise each project according to criteria such as strategic value.
• Develop a core set of project artefacts for all phases of project works, such as proposals, agendas, meetings, RAID log, communication, project review and lesson learnt templates, to ensure the planned outcome to be delivered under pre-set guidelines and specifications is defined and documented.
• Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive and prioritised view of all projects.

Selection Criteria 

• Degree qualification in related field
• Significant experience relevant to the role.
• Significant experience establishing and managing governance systems and practices to support a large enterprise portfolio of projects.
• Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
• Experience on RAID Analysis
