  • Temporary position until April 2019 with a salary of $71,897 per annum plus 10% superannuation and great working conditions.

The Role

Working closely with our CRM Lead Business Analyst you will play an important role in leading ACF to our new BBCRM. Your efforts will make a positive contribution to the project by optimising and improving existing processes and building out new initiatives. You will also get to work with stakeholders across the organisation at all levels. Responsibilities for the role include: identifying business requirements, mapping out processes, designing and configuring workflows in the BBCRM, running of and setting up User Acceptance Testing, produce training documentation and leading training sessions.

Your Skills/Experience

  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate ideas from concept to a detailed solution through inquiry, creativity, brainstorming and fact finding.
  • Considerable experience producing business documentation (e.g. user guides, procedures).
  • Excellent communication skills and able to engage effectively with diverse groups of users (including end users and IT/technical teams).
  • Capacity and confidence to lead meetings and facilitate effective workshops, solution walkthroughs and training sessions.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage own time and work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Degree in business or IT and 2+ years’ experience in business analysis roles, preferably with some experience in a CRM context.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit and fundraising space is well regarded.
