Metrowest IT is an established Managed Services provider and were looking for self motivated people like you to join our growing team.  Located in the northern suburbs in Perth WA the role will include both remote and onsite support.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the front line support of our Managed Services clients through call handling and ticket creation, support triage, real time monitoring and maintenance.
• Ensure a timely response to incoming incidents and support requests.
• Escalate tickets and client issues appropriately and efficiently to senior technical consultants, vendors and management as required.
• Onsite customer support as required(metro).

Skills and experience

• Microsoft Certified (Advantage but not required).
• Two or more years experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability in incident and ticket management. (Connectwise experience is an advantage)
• Proficient with Microsoft Server and server products, RDP, Microsoft O/S & Microsoft Office/365.
• Experience working within a support team.
• Understanding of networking hardware & protocols.
• Ability to translate IT terminology into business benefits.
• Customer service focussed.
