As a partner with leading organisations across this sector we require an Training Documentation Writer to assist a Global FMCG to provide exceptional training and process documentation.

Based in the North Sydney Head Office, our client requires a Training Documentation Writer to join the National e-commerce and digital team. Working in a high performing team your role will be requirements gathering, multiple stakeholder engagement, writing, building and releasing user guides in relation to technical systems.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • Understand technical business requirements and translate into training documentation
  • Create training materials to support business processes, including communications, presentations and online content
  • Document management
  • Reviewing current content and updating to meet current business requirements
  • Follow consistent and standardised approach for document updates
  • Facilitate process workshops to capture and agree on as-is and to-be process with business stakeholders

Key Skills Required:

  • Highly motivated and self-driven
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in training documentation
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Multiple stakeholder management
  • Relationship Management with team and internal stakeholders
