About the role

Technical and customer facing role:

Provide 24/7 systems cover, Monday to Friday on-call one weekend in four
Troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues across multiple platforms and time zones
Act as point of contact for customers
Execute on-boarding of new customers to our platform
Assist with specification, development and testing of new features and software fixes

Fluent and professional oral and written English

BSc in Computer Science or related field
Background with relational databases (eg Oracle, MySQL)
Familiarity with Linux based environments
