Analytics and Reporting Manager (Finance & Lending)

$150,000 - $170,000 + Super + Bonus
Hugely exciting opportunity for an established Data Analytics Manager with strong reporting tooling experience to drive a new team along with the Head of Data for a major player in the Australian alternative lending market.
Work with the Data Warehousing team to understand data flow & strategise around change to improve current data processes and approaches.
This business has gone from strength to strength and now has an international presence. After a being acquired by a major American hedge fund, the company have secured further funding to upgrade and improve their processes, with a key focus on data.
With a strong data background and ability to present confidently to C-suite stakeholders, you will understand the existing data structure and move on to facilitating the organisational data strategies for governance, design, implementation, integration and use.
An outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and energetic data proffessional to implement strategies and make their mark on a growing business.
You will bring:
- 6+ years’ experience in data and analytics gained in either a Financial services or banking environment
- Deep expertise in Analytics, data platforms, machine learning and UX.
- Strong experience managing and developing people of diverse skillsets, working to reach strategic objectives through everyday interaction
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to influence managers and staff from diverse areas
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise work to achieve planned outcomes
- Strategically focused, an experienced people manager and a strong communicator
