We are looking for experienced and skilled Field Supervisor based in Perth for an initial 6 month contract with excellent prospects of extension. The work will majorly involves night shifts.

Job tasks and responsibilities

·          Lead, direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of field staff and sub-contractors under your control

·          Undertake all necessary scheduling of work, staff and equipment to ensure that daily, weekly and monthly targets are achieved

·          Ensure the standard of work in the field is of a high quality and in accordance with work practices and standards required by the Client and company

·          Ensure current work practices are implemented in the field and recommend changes to ensure that any activity is performed in the most efficient and cost effective manner

·          Ensure that all tasks undertaken are performed in a manner consistent with HS&E policies and procedures of the company and the relevant state legislation

·          Coordinate and assist in the training of all staff and sub-contractors

·          Arrange reports to management and the customer on the status of work and escalating issues where necessary

·          Produce and disseminate relevant briefings / updates / information to all staff and sub-contractors.  

Experience required:

·          Ensures T.I equipment implementation Quality.

·          Inspection of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Telecom installation works on site, according to Project Quality Plan requirements

·          Responsible for monitoring and inspecting BSS site CME and Telecom installation work progress and verifying that the implementation is done according to Customer specifications and NSN standards, guidelines and work processes

·          Ensure that overall Project site quality reach the objectives and KPI's set locally and globally

·          Ensure pro-active Quality improvement actions in cooperation with the Project Team, Suppliers and Customer.
