You will be joining a company in the midst of continued expansion which has been ongoing since the office doors opened in Australia. The Role:

Due to the growth, the company is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to support their sales team. This Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for actively supporting the products via reseller channel and working as the technical adviser and product advocate,

The Responsibilities:

• Deliver consultancy and technical advisory services to customers
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and present proposals
• Identify customer requirements and translate these into solutions
• Accurately roll out implementation projects

The Requirements:

• 3+ years’ relevant experience in technical support (preferably in vendor sales)
• 2+ years’ in Pre-Sales and/or Consultancy capacity
• A technical background is highly desired
• Experience and comfort of antivirus and internet security is advantageous
• A strong understanding across a broad range of technologies including Linux, Microsoft Exchange, Cloud Computing and Networking
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
