Our client is searching for a suitable candidate for the following role:
LEVEL 1-3 TECHNICAL SUPPORT HELP DESK REPRESENTATIVE
As a Level 1-3 Technical Support Help Desk Representative, you will provide level 1-3 technical I.T support for our existing clients. Your role will entail supporting clients in areas including, but not limited to:
- Cloud Solutions
- Networking
- Servers
- Website
- Desktops
- Web Hosting
- Email and configuration
You are required to deliver high quality support remotely and/or via phone to clients.
Desirable skills:
- cPanel experience is highly regarded
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) qualification is highly regarded
- MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) is highly regarded
- Familiarity with E-mail configurations
- Web based knowledge highly regarded
- Understanding of a typical I.T help desk
- Prior experience with VPN and VoIP solutions
- Prior web hosting support experience highly regarded
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role is highly preferred
